The Rover Spinner - Glows under UV light

Comes with a tool for tightening up the screws on the side.  You need to do this regularly.  If you forget and it falls apart you can re-assemble, with some patience.  The centre spinner also needs tightening up periodically.    If high maintenance isn't for you, then look at one of our other spinners, of which there are many.  

More suited to the spinner enthusiast vs someone wanting a robust tool that is set and forget.
